Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Nirboyo Adiputro, Dewi Apriyanti & Rekan,(KJPP NDR) adalah transformasi dari PT. LAKSA LAKSANA yang telah bergerak di bidang penilaian profesional di Indonesia sejak tahun 1989. Tranformasi ini sejalan dengan diterbitkannya Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia No. 125 tertanggal 3 September 2008 yang mengatur peralihan bentuk usaha jasa penilai dari Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menjadi Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP). Perubahan ini tertuang dalam Akta Notaris No. 132 tertanggal 28 Juni 2005 oleh Notaris Publik Ny. Hari Suprapti Suwarno, SH dan Akta Perubahan No. 13 tertanggal 16 Maret 2009 oleh Notaris Publik Hari Suprapti Suwarno, SH. KJPP Nirboyo Adiputro, Dewi Apriyanti & Rekan (KJPP NDR) telah terdaftar pada Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia dengan Nomor Izin 2.09.0018.

Partners is the transformation of PT. LAKSA LAKSANA, a
professional appraisal firm in Indonesia since 1989. This
transformation is to comply with Ministry of Finance of the
Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 125 dated 3 September
2008 which regulates the transformation of appraisal
companies into Appraisal Firms (KJPP). This changes of status
is legalized with Notarial Deed No. 138 dated June 28th, 2005
by Public Notary Hari Suprapti Suwarno, SH and Amendment
Deed No. 138 dated March 16th, 2009 by Public Notary Hari
Suprapti Suwarno, SH.
