  Came out in excellent conditions, 3 days to come in. Would recommend doing a 2 year warranty if you can to get the most out of the device since foldable phones (especially refurbished ones) tend to have a problem or two at some point later down the line, otherwise fantastic product and I like the offers for keeping the device for longer.

  Very pleased so far, been setting it up for the past 6 hours almost. The things I noticed immediately were that there was no sim ejector tool, good thing I had a spare, and that the camera was pretty dirty, theres this hair somehow between the camera and the outside that I can't pull out. But besides the dirtyness, when opening it for the first time the plastic was kidna loud, I assume because it hasn't been open for awhile. But I was given the correct 512GB Black model, and so far its been great! The screen is so bright and vivid, and jeez I didn't think samsung could reinvent the fun I had when I first got a phone. Ill make sure to come back to this post if anything bad happens with the phone within the 1 year warranty.

  Received my Samsung Z Fold 4 a couple weeks ago. it was shipped quickly and other than a couple very small scratches on the back it looks new. It looks good and works good. That's all I ask. It's my 3rd buy from bm and my goto place for electronics.

  This is a late feedback as I opened the phone after several months (after I received it).The phone is very nice and it is unlocked. Works on all connections and I love it.Good furbished phone and I got a good deal in Backmarket.

  Picked up an unlocked Z Fold4 in "Good" condition for under $550, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in immaculate condition (if you'd have told me someone just unboxed a new one, peeled the shipping stickers off it, then packaged it in bubble wrap and shipped it to me I'd have believed you). Setup took all of 10 minutes including transfer of my saved information and apps from my Pixel. I can't imagine ever paying retail for a device again given my experience with Backmarket.

  I have used Back Market three times now. Love the experience every order. I wanted to try out the Fold series but unfortunately it doesn't fit my lifestyle. I gave it a chance but my job has too many hazards I can not protect this unit from.

  Overall the purchase was fine and delivery was fast. However, I ordered the phone in excellent condition but it came with a small crack. The reason why I paid extra to have an excellent phone was because I wanted an almost brand new phone. But I couldn’t return it because I needed to take it overseas with me.
